There has been a clamp down locally on ladyboys walking the streets. Apparently, people kept mistaking them for girls. This proved distressing when they tried to get married, introduce them to their families, and especially when they wanted to start their own families.
So the local police department went on a round up to get all the ladyboys off the streets. Unfortunately, this was a real mess up. After all the arrests had been made, the police realized that they could not tell the difference either. Some of the people arrested were real girls, while others were actually officers themselves, trying to earn a bit of extra cash. Oh, well, all the best plans of mice and men.
